Item 5.03. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

Executive Officer Salary Increase. On January 15, 2013, the Governance Committee of the Board of Managers of South Dakota Soybean Processors, LLC increased the annual base salary of its Chief Executive Officer, Thomas Kersting, from $210,105 to $250,000 per year, effective immediately.
