On January 17, 2013, The Men’s Wearhouse, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.18 per share on the Company’s common stock, payable on March 29, 2013 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 19, 2013.
