Harris & Harris Group, Inc. (the “Company”) noted the announcement by its portfolio company, HZO, Inc., that it has partnered with Atelier Haute Communications (“Atelier”) for the use of HZO’s WaterBlock™ technology in a model of Atelier’s smart phones.
The Company's press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
