On January 17, 2013, Griffin Capital Net Lease REIT, Inc. (the “Registrant”) sent a letter to registered representatives and stockholders explaining the revised timeline on the Registrant’s plans for implementing a new share price for shares of the Registrant’s common stock in its current public offering. A copy of the letter sent to registered representatives is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein solely for purposes of this Item 7.01 disclosure.
