On January 7, 2013, Brainstorm Cell Therapeutics Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Israeli Ministry of Health has fast-tracked the Company’s current Phase I/II ALS safety trial to a Phase IIa dose-escalating trial. The foregoing description is qualified in its entirety by reference to the Press Release filed as Exhibit 99.1 hereto, which exhibit is incorporated herein by reference.
