On January 7, 2013, Onyx Pharmaceuticals, Inc. issued a press release announcing, among other things, preliminary 2012 net sales for Kyprolis™ (carfilzomib) for Injection. A copy of that press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
