On December 18, 2012, Oaktree Capital Group, LLC (the Company) issued a press release announcing that OCM Opportunities Fund VIIb, L.P., along with its related parallel fund, will make a distribution of $1.26 billion on December 27, 2012. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
