On December 6, 2012, American Tower Corporation issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing that its board of directors declared a cash distribution of $0.24 per share payable on December 31, 2012 to holders of record of its common stock at the close of business on December 17, 2012. A copy of the Press Release is filed herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
