Election of Director
Dennis V. Arriola, President and Chief Operating Officer for Southern California Gas Company, was elected as a director of Southern California Gas Company effective December 4, 2012.
Southern California Gas Company is an indirect subsidiary of Sempra Energy.
Information regarding Mr. Arriola’s compensation is incorporated by reference from Southern California Gas Company’s Form 8-K dated June 22, 2012 and filed on June 27, 2012.
