On November 27, 2012, the Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of New York ordered the transfer of the bankruptcy cases of Patriot Coal Corporation and its wholly owned subsidiaries administered under the caption In re: Patriot Coal Corporation (Case No. 12-12900) to the Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of Missouri.
