On November 30, 2012, Yahoo! Inc. (“Yahoo!”) issued a press release reporting a non-final judgment entered against Yahoo! and Yahoo de Mexico, S.A. de C.V. in a lawsuit in Mexico. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
