Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
On November 29, 2012, Pinnacle Airlines Corp. (the “Company”) updated its employees on a development related to the Company’s fleet plan and its negotiations with the Company’s pilots.
A copy of the employee letter is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
