(e) On November 26, 2012, the Compensation Committee approved a discretionary cash bonus award, in the amount of $60,000, to Bryan Ingram, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Wireless Semiconductor Division, due to Mr. Ingram’s significant contribution to overall company performance in fiscal year 2012, as head of the Wireless Semiconductor Division.
