A representative of PAA (the “Partnership”) intends to make a presentation at the Bank of America Merrill Lynch 2012 Global Energy Conference to be held in Miami, Florida on Wednesday, November 14, 2012. Such presentation will give an overview of PAA, including a review of the Partnership’s strategic positioning, expansion capital projects, organic growth activities, financial growth strategy and related matters. On the morning of November 14, 2012, the prepared presentation materials will be made available for viewing on the Partnership’s website at www.PAALP.com . PAA does not undertake to update the information as posted on its website; however, it may post additional information included in future press releases and Forms 8-K, as well as posting its periodic Exchange Act reports.
