Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 13, 2012, Dialogic Inc. (the “Company”) reported its financial results for the three months ended September 30, 2012. A copy of the press release issued by the Company concerning the foregoing results is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
