On the date of this Current Report on Form 8-K, the Company announced certain business developments, including, among other things, the (1) expansion of the CarePayment program into two additional states, (2) the addition of five new clients, representing 20 new facilities, into the CarePayment program during the first half of the year, and (3) introduction of enhancements to the CarePayment program, including new flexible payment terms of up to 72 months. The text of the related press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
