Item 5.02 Departure of Director
Mr. Qinghua Wang, a member of the Board of Directors of the company, resigned as a member of the board of directors of China Intelligence and as the general manager of the subsidiary company, Jinan Yinquan Technology Co,.Ltd, due to the personal reasons. The Board accepted Mr. Wang’s resignation, effective August 27, 2012. There was no disagreement between Mr. Wang and the Company prior to his resignation on any matter related to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated by reference into this Item 5.02.
