On March 6, 2012, Colony Financial, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial position as of December 31, 2011, and fourth quarter and 2011 financial results. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report and is incorporated herein by reference.
