On January 26, 2012, Time Warner Cable Inc. (“Time Warner Cable”) issued a press release setting forth its financial results for its full year and fourth quarter ended December 31, 2011. A copy of Time Warner Cable’s press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
