On December 30, 2011, Santa Barbara Bank & Trust, N.A., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pacific Capital Bancorp, was notified by the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (the “OCC”) that the Consent Order issued by the OCC on May 11, 2010 (as modified on September 2, 2010) was terminated effective as of December 28, 2011.
