Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On October 27, 2011, USA Mobility, Inc. conducted a conference call for investors to discuss its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2011. A replay of the call is available from 1:00 p.m. ET on October 27, 2011 until 11:59 p.m. on Thursday, November 10, 2011. Replay numbers are 719-457-0820 or 888-203-1112.
