On September 14, 2011, Strategic Storage Trust, Inc. (the “Registrant”) held a webinar for registered representatives and stockholders to review the Registrant’s second quarter financial results and provide a 2011 portfolio and acquisition update. A copy of the presentation materials used during the webinar is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein solely for purposes of this Item 7.01 disclosure. The Registrant intends to hold another webinar on September 15, 2011, in which the same information will be presented.
