Note 1 — Interim Financial Information
The
accompanying condensed balance sheet as of June 30, 2011, the
condensed statements of operations, changes in shareholders’
equity, and cash flows for the six months ending June 30, 2011 are
unaudited. These
unaudited condensed financial statements are prepared in United
States dollars and have been prepared in accordance with United
States Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
(“GAAP”) for interim financial information and with the
instructions to Form 10-Q. Accordingly, they do not include all of
the information and notes required by GAAP for complete financial
statements of China Resources Development Inc. (a corporation in
the development stage) (the “Company”). In the opinion
of management, all adjustments necessary for a fair presentation
have been included and are of a normal recurring nature. Interim
results are not necessarily indicative of the results that may be
expected for the year.
