Item 8.01.     Other Events.

 

On July 29, 2011, United Online, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share of common stock.  The record date for the dividend is August 12, 2011, and the dividend is payable on August 31, 2011.
