ITEM 5.02 DEPARTURE OF DIRECTORS OR CERTAIN OFFICERS; ELECTION OF DIRECTORS; APPOINTMENT OF CERTAIN OFFICERS
On June 8, 2011, Peter J. Crage, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, announced his resignation from Cedar Fair Entertainment Company, effective June 22, 2011. All compensation and benefits pursuant to Mr. Crage's employment agreement will cease on his last day of his employment.
The company also issued a news release with this announcement, which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
