Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On May 27, 2011, Environmental Tectonics Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for fiscal 2011 and the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2011, both of which ended on February 25, 2011. A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
