On May 2, 2011, Neenah Paper, Inc. announced that its Board of Directors declared a $0.11 cash dividend on its common stock.  The dividend will be paid on June 2, 2011 to stockholders of record as of May 13, 2011. The press release announcing the declaration of the dividend is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
