On March 18, 2011, Coinstar, Inc. (“Coinstar”) received notice that Daniel W. O’Connor, a director of Coinstar, would resign from Coinstar’s Board of Directors, effective on such date, due to the increasing demands of his business interests.
Coinstar’s Board of Directors would like to acknowledge Mr. O’Connor’s dedicated service to Coinstar and thank him for his contributions and insights.
