Resignation of Vice-President and General Counsel
On February 8, 2011, Andrae J. Marrocco resigned as Vice-President and General Counsel of AISystems, Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Marrocco’s resignation was not a result of any disagreements relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
