On January 31, 2011, StellarOne Corporation issued a press release announcing the appointment of O. R. Barham, Jr., President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of StellarOne Corporation, to the additional role of President, Chief Executive Officer, and Director of its banking subsidiary, StellarOne Bank, effective February 1, 2011.
