Appointment of Principal Officers
On January 24, 2011, Geos
Communications, Inc., a Washington corporation (the “Company”), received a letter
from Jonathan Serbin, a director of the Company, which stated that Mr. Serbin
voluntarily resigned his director position with the Company effective January
24, 2011. Mr. Serbin’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with
the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or
practices.
