On January 10, 2011, 99¢ Only Stores (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its sales results and preliminary earnings estimate for the third quarter of fiscal 2011 ended December 25, 2010. A copy of this release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
