Item 8.01 Other Events.
On October 19, 2010, the Board of Managers of Western Plains Energy, L.L.C. (Company) declared a cash distribution of $100.00 per outstanding membership unit to each Member, for a total of $2,842,000. The distribution is payable on November 19, 2010 to members of record on November 5, 2010. The distribution is being made in compliance with the covenants of the Companys Credit Agreement with AgCountry Farm Credit Services, FLCA, as amended.
