Item 8.01 Other Events.

On September 10, 2010, the Company issued a press release announcing the 2010 mid-season drilling results from 24,668 feet of reverse circulation drilling completed on the Company's Garnet Mineral Property and the Company's anticipated drilling plans and schedule for the remainder of the 2010 Exploration Season.

A copy of the Grant Hartford Croporation Press Release dated 9-10-10 is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
