Delta Air Lines, Inc. today issued a press release announcing announced that as a part of its ongoing efforts to reduce the company’s debt levels it has commenced cash tender offers to purchase certain specified series of outstanding Pass Through Certificates and its 11¾% Senior Second Lien Notes due 2015. The press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K.
