Dear Ms. Ramsey:

In your letter dated April 9, 2008, you requested a tariff classification ruling.

The clips are used to identify the cords of electronic products, such as televisions, radios, VCR and DVD players and computers. The assortment includes 100 self-adhesive labels. Each clip measures approximately ¾ inch by 2 ½ inches in its open position. The clip folds in half and snaps closed over a cord. One side has a channel to accommodate the cord. The other side is flat to accommodate the label.
