Dear Mr. Maher:

In your letter dated March 7, 2006, on behalf of Hoop Retail Store, you requested a tariff classification ruling. You have submitted a sample of the Snow White and Friends Snowglobe with your ruling request.

Inside the snowglobe is a three-dimensional figurine of Snow White in a seated position. Snow White is touching a rabbit with her right hand and a deer with her left hand. Situated around the base, outside of the snowglobe, are various birds and animals, flowers and a tree. The wind up music box plays the tune of “Brahms Waltz”.

Your sample is being returned as requested.
