The style also has a Fireman hat that attaches to the dog’s head by means of an elasticized band. Style 203-099 (38035) Angel Dog features marabou trimmed angel wings that fasten on the dog by means of elasticized straps and a halo that attaches to the dog’s head by means of an elasticized band. Style 203-8984A (38049) Tiki Girl Dog features a hula skirt type garment, a bikini bra type garment that ties on the dog and a lei. The applicable subheading for all submitted styles will be 4201.00.6000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS), which provides for saddlery and harness for any animal (including traces, leads, knee pads, muzzles, saddle bags, dog coats and the like), of any material: other. The rate of duty will be 2.8 percent ad valorem.
