RE: Amendment to pre-entry classification ruling F86739

Dear Ms. Rizzo:

On Pre-entry classification ruling F86739, Style K4020023B fabric content has changed to the following: front body, hood, elbow- woven 74% cotton, 26% nylon, back body, sleeves-woven 100% nylon. Change classification to 6201.92.1000, Duty 4.5% Cat 353.

This ruling is being issued under the provisions of Part 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).
