It has a push-on force of 45 lbs. max. and a pull-off force of 500 lbs. min.

The classification of merchandise under the HTS is governed by the General Rules of Interpretation (GRI'S). This Rule applies to your product.

The applicable subheading for the spring steel washer/stud clip will be 7318.29.0000, Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS), which provides for screws, bolts, nuts, coach screws, screw hooks, rivets, cotters, cotter pins, washers and similar articles, of iron or steel: non-threaded articles: other. The duty rate will be 3.4% ad valorem.
