RE: Correction of issue date in HQ 959027; clerical error

Dear Sirs:

On April 5, 1996, this office issued to you Headquarters Ruling Letter (HQ) 959027, regarding the country of origin for a textile belt. This letter is to inform you that although the determination in HQ 959744 is correct, the issue date of that letter was mistakenly printed as
April 5, 1995, instead of 1996.

We hope this letter dispels any doubts this may have raised and we apologize for any inconvenience.
