Dear Ms. von Doehren:

This is an amendment to Ruling No. 818766, dated February 27, 1996. The ruling issued to you inadvertently stated that THIQ-B, was dutiable at the rate of 12.1 percent ad valorem.

Please be advised that pursuant to General Note 13 to the Harmonized Tariff Schedule this product is duty free. All other facts stated in the original ruling remain the same.

This supplement should be included whenever Ruling No. 818766 is presented.
