RE: Amendment to NY Ruling 817797 dated January 4, 1996.

Dear Ms. Wierbicki:

In your letter dated February 1, 1996, on behalf of Sarne Corp./Dover Kidz, you requested an amendment of classification ruling NY 817797 which was issued to you on January 4, 1996 from this office. You have brought to our attention errors in the second and fourth paragraph which should be corrected.

In the original ruling NY 817797, the second paragraph inadvertently reflected the incorrect style number as 49075 S. The correct style number should read 44075 S. The fourth paragraph inadvertently reflected the HTS subheading as 402.92.3020. The correct subheading should read 4202.92.3020. All other information in the original letter remains the same.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused.

A copy of this supplement and the original ruling letter should be attached to the entry document filed at the time this merchandise is imported. If the documents have been filed without a copy, this ruling should be brought to the attention of the Customs officer handling the transaction. If you have any questions regarding the ruling, contact National Import Specialist Kevin Gorman at 212-466-5893.
