This classification decision under the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS) is being issued in accordance with the provisions of Section 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).

MERCHANDISE : Article identified as item #961344, is "12 Assorted Sea Amimals". The item is an assortment of twelve plastic sea animals, each with specific markings. The type of animal is indicated on the toy animal. The representative sample is a humpback whale, a type of sea animal. The words "HUMPBACK WHALE" are shown on the tail of the toy whale.
