RE: Amendment to New York Ruling Letter 802859

Dear Ms. Rampy:

Reference is made to New York binding ruling letter 802859, dated October 13, 1994, (copy attached), in which a typographical error was made referring to the style number.

Page 1, paragraph 2 of the letter should read: "The sample submitted, style number 98700, is a woman's hip-length reversible jacket.

The Harmonized Tariff Schedule classifications, duty rate and quota category that were stated to you in binding ruling letter 802859 for style number 98700 were correct and remain the same.
