This classification decision under the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTS) is being issued in accordance with the provisions of Section 177 of the Customs Regulations (19 C.F.R. 177).

"Microscope Cover," Model #MMC-101, composed of 100 percent nylon woven fabric and measures approximately 15 inches long by 20
3/4 inches wide. The article is used on a Baush & Lomb High Power
Microscope.

RATE OF DUTY : 7 percent ad valorem
