I love this product! This was purchased by another member of the family who said that the taste from cooking on this compared to the gas barbecue we had didn't compare. Using the coal and starters compared to the gas were a bit to get used to but really quite easy.

It cooks fantastic and I had previously never cooked anything this way. It has just enough space for ventilation and when taking the lid off the rush of smoke isn't as harsh as when lifting the lid of a gas barbecue. The handles are also heat resistant; because of the design I thought it would get quite hot to lift the lid but not at all.

It does have an ash catcher, but I always find that the area does get a little messy after use. I'm not sure if it is because of how we use it but with something like this I think it's inevitable to have a bit of ash around, but it really doesn't bother me.

All in all, the flavour of the food is unique and everything comes out excellent. The design is excellent, so simple to use and also flawless.
