This Tissot T-Touch Expert Stainless Steel watch is great for aviators with a built in digital/analog display altimeter (which displays in both feet and meters). It is surprisingly accurate, as it was compared with the airplanes altimeter. This is why we purchased this particular watch for my husband who is an active private pilot and wanted this watch as an emergency backup if his panel were to ever fail in his plane. This watch looks amazing on, not like your average multi-functional watch that can be gaudy. The T-Touch Expert looks extremely sharp and can be dressed up or down. Not only does it look good and is functional to aviators it also boosts other great features that are very useful as well, like a directional compass with a duo-directional compass bezel that rotates amazingly smooth as well as the bearing and azimuth reading functions, alarm, thermometer (both Celsius and Fahrenheit), a chronograph (stop watch), date and time feature, the option for a second time zone. These are activated by pressing on the rim of the T-Touch sensitive screen. This T-Touch has a smooth stainless steel band accompanied by a solid stainless steel case with a smooth satin finish for easy storage. Luminous hands and a spring release clasp containing the Tissot logo. The watch is water resistant up to 100 meters (or 328 feet) although we have never taken our watch that deep, but have worn it snorkeling in the ocean with no problems. This has been a very good, durable watch. It is important that you read over the owner's manual so you can use the watch correctly, with so many features, you'll be missing out if you don't. Lately, there has been a problem with the watch holding time, but the battery has been replaced by a non Tissot dealer, so that may be the problem.
