The T-65 Tassimo Home Brewer is a single-serve, hot drinks maker. It is a newly upgraded version of the Tassimo machine, and is packed full of new and useful features.

Design Features
A new feature is the multi-lingual LED display, which can be easily programmed to use English, French, Spanish, Italian or German language. The display talks you through each step of the drinks making process, so you always know what needs to be done next. You can choose to either be given instructions visually on the screen, or in audio.
A useful energy-saving device on this model, is that it switches off after five minutes if it not used.
The Brita filter system that is included with this machine, means that no matter what the water type is in your area, your drinks are always made with clean, filtered water. It also means it is not necessary to descale the machine as often as the older versions of this model.
Other annoyances with the old models were that large mugs didn't fit into the stand, and they were very noisy machines. The T65 has addressed these problems perfectly. The cup stand is now adjustable (and lit by LEDs to help you see what you are doing), and this machine is practically silent when making drinks; a vast improvement.
At just 10.3" wide and in the modern 'Twilight Titanium' colour, the T65 fits perfectly into the modern kitchen.

Performance
The T-Discs that are used to make the drinks, are either liquid (milk and cream), powder (coffees and hot chocolate) or tea leaves. When the T-Disc is placed in the machine, its barcode is scanned and the T65 then knows which drink you are making. With that information, the temperature and amount of water used is adjusted to suit the drink. With other machines you have to add water manually, but the T65 is really very sophisticated. It can even froth or steam your milk depending on the type of coffee you have chosen.
The LED display talks the user through each step; from inserting the T-Disc, to letting you know when your drink is ready. The whole process takes no more than a minute.
Cleaning the T65 is easy. The nozzle just pulls out, and can be rinsed or wiped down. The liquid T-Discs do tend to make a little more mess around the nozzle than the others, so do remember to give it a quick clean before it dries.

Range of Drinks
Without a doubt, the Tassimo range of drinks outshines its competitors. Some big names in the drinks industry produce T-Discs for them: Kenco, Suchard, Carte Noir, Twinings, Maxwell House and Milka, with more expected to join soon.
For the T65 owner, this means that there is a choice of many different coffees, teas (darjeeling is a new addition), and hot chocolates; that can be made professionally, and at a fraction of the price charged in coffee shops.
