Suunto t6d Heart Rate Monitor 5023-203

Rating: 4 out of 5
  • Currently 4.0/5.0

The Suunto t6d Heart Rate Monitor is very high priced and a little difficult to figure out but well worth it if you are highly into fitness. The Suunto Monitor offers a lot of handy features to track the progress of your fitness goals. It accurately monitors your heart rate and keeps track of the calorie burned during your workout. As well as tracking your heart rate and calories burned, it also tracks distance and speed. The watch includes a 1 - 5 scale that lets you know how intense your workout level is based on your workout level so you can speed up or slow down when you need to, especially if you are working at intervals. The convenient alarm beeps when you have hit your top workout level.
I like the personal profile feature a lot. It helps you keep track of your fitness goals and levels. The training logbook function helps keep track of your progress. These features really help me keep track of how I am doing in terms of how hard I need to workout to achieve top level performance for the best results possible. The Suunto t6d also comes with a USB cable so you can transfer the data from your watch to your computer. This allows you to look deeper into the progress you are making and set your next goal on a realistic level.
I would recommend this Heart Rate monitor based on the features it offers. This monitor enables you to get the workout you need so you work hard enough to make it count but not so hard that you end up injuring yourself. It is a little difficult to figure out at first as well as very high priced and may not be the most affordable option. Luckily I received it as a Christmas gift. If you have the patience and the money, it is well worth it to achieve your optimum fitness level goals.
